Questions about sizing, an order, a return or helmet safety? Here is how to reach us and what to include so we can help on the first reply.

1. Email Us

The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@rrkmart.com. We read every message and reply within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Please include your order number when you write about an existing order. It lets us find the shipment and answer in one reply instead of going back and forth.

2. Before You Buy: Sizing and Fit

Not sure which helmet will fit? Read our How to Measure Your Head for a Bike Helmet guide, or check the size chart on any product page. Head circumference in inches is the number to go by — age ranges are only a rough guide. Send us the measurement and we will tell you which size to choose.

If a helmet arrives and the fit is not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for the steps.

3. Orders, Shipping and Tracking

  • Orders leave our U.S. warehouse within 1 to 2 business days; standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is emailed as soon as the order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
  • For a delayed, lost or damaged shipment, email us with your order number and, for damage, photos of the item and packaging.
  • Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order — no minimum spend and no code needed.

4. Returns and Refunds

To start a return, email support@rrkmart.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before receiving that authorization, so the package can be matched to your order.

5. Product Safety and CPSC Questions

Questions about certification, materials or which activities a helmet is intended for are welcome. Our 3-14 kids helmet is certified to the U.S. CPSC bicycle helmet standard, 16 CFR 1203; for any other model, email us before purchase and we will confirm its current certification status in writing.

6. About RRKMART

RRKMART has been making helmets since 2014. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, and our team operates from Xiamen, Fujian. U.S. orders are fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse so they arrive in days rather than weeks.

We are a small team, so you will be talking to the people who actually handle your order — not a call centre.
